There are No Coincidences
Dear You,
This month’s pause arrives with a quiet reminder: there are no coincidences.
You don’t always see it straight away. Often, it’s with a little time that the dots begin to connect. What once felt random often reveals a quieter order. And the magic is usually noticed in hindsight, not in the moment itself.
A thought that returns. A name that keeps appearing. A book falling from a shelf. A conversation that stays with you longer than expected. Nothing dramatic. Nothing demanding attention. Just small moments that linger.
Often, we need to do very little other than notice. These aren’t signs to chase or instructions to follow. They’re not asking you to make a decision or head off in a new direction. They’re simply invitations to be with what’s already here.
This Quiet Roar Letter isn’t here to explain meaning or decode messages. It’s here to create a space, so you can sense what’s already moving around you and within you, without needing to label it or act on it.
Sometimes what looks random is simply things finding their place. Sometimes what feels small is actually precise. And sometimes life whispers long before it ever needs to shout.
And perhaps there’s a reason this letter has found you now, even if you can’t name it yet. Don’t try and figure it out, just trust, quietly, in your own time that you are meant to read it.
We’re so used to doing, responding, fixing, moving on. But noticing asks something different of us. It asks us to slow just enough to feel what’s unfolding, without rushing to interpret it. You don’t have to work anything out. You don’t have to trust every nudge. Just notice what’s catching your attention and how it feels in your body when it does.
Let this letter be something you return to gently over the coming weeks. In a quiet moment when you realise you’ve been moving a little too fast, take a pause, breath, be with yourself and simply notice everything.
Nothing demanded.
With love,
Louise 🤍
